This notice explains what happens to information when you visit soliduscommodities.com or write to the firm.

The site is a static document. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, uses no tracking technologies and contains no forms. It makes no requests to third parties: its typefaces, images and film are served from the site itself.

The site is hosted by GitHub, Inc. through its GitHub Pages service. As with any web host, GitHub's servers may record technical data such as your IP address in access logs when they serve a page. Solidus Commodities DMCC does not receive or use that data. GitHub's handling of it is described in the GitHub Privacy Statement.

If you write to the firm, the firm holds what you send in order to respond and to conduct its business with you, including the counterparty onboarding described on this site. Correspondence is retained for as long as the relationship and the firm's legal and regulatory obligations require, and is not sold or shared for marketing.

Under the data protection laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates you may ask what personal data the firm holds about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Requests go to compliance@soliduscommodities.com.
